Offering furnished terraces with city views, Design Flats Attics is located in Valencia’s historic centre. The air-conditioned apartments are 30 metres from Valencia’s Central Market, one of the oldest in Europe. Featuring wooden floors, the 2-bedroom apartments have a living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV. A washing machine, oven and microwave are included in the kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms. The apartments offers a free portable Wi-Fi connection, which can be used around the city. A large variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets can be found within a 5-minute walk. Valencia Cathedral is set 600 metres from the apartments. Estació del Nord Train Station is 10 minutes’ walk away. Within a 6-minute walk, guests can find a bus stop with regular services to the City Of Arts and Science and La Malvarrosa Beach.A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 22:00. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon arrival and will be refunded upon check out.
