The rooms offer spectacular view of a typical Venetian scene. In the past the garden was a shipyard where gondolas and other typical Venetian boats were constructed. In this wonderful garden, when weather permits, breakfast will be served under the shade of a glicine. The house was completely restored in 2008 and it is ready to provide a very comfortable vacation. Canx Policy 72hrs Breakfast included Stay tax € 3,00 per night per person Children under 3 years do not pay. Two nights reservations are required. Smoking is prohibited in rooms. However allowed in the garden area. Check in from 03:00 pm until 10:00 pm.
