This apartment, completely restored in 2005, is settled in a palace built in ‘60 years. This palace was originally destined to become a luxury hotel and in its “Spacious” large halls, in its furniture and terraces it is perceptible even now this past atmosphere. Located in a most quiet zone of Lido di Venezia, it’s possible in its private terrace sunbathing or, when the shadows come, taking the meal, plunged into sea flagrance and waves music. The parking place is inside the garden of the property. Private beach (Accessible to a wheelchair with assistance). In the neighbourhood every kind of shops, restaurants, cook shop, laundry, etc. A 5 minutes walk takes you to “Mostra del cinema”, 15 minutes by public boat to St. Marc Square.
