Set in the Dorsoduro and Giudecca districts, these self-catering apartments are well placed for visiting historic Venice. Each includes a fully equipped kitchenette. All apartments at Dorsoduro & Giudecca Island have carpeted, tiled or parquet floors and modern décor. The kitchenette comes with a fridge and small dining area. Dorsoduro & Giudecca Island Apartments offers a personalised service. Staff meet guests at the waterbus stop and guide them to their allocated apartment.Remember: your apartment could be located in either the Dorsoduro or Giudecca districts in the historical centre of Venice. Please note that a deposit of EUR 250 is payable by VISA or Mastercard on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. After completing your reservation you will receive the contact numbers of Dorsoduro & Giudecca Island Apartments representatives. Please remember to call 7 days before your arrival to communicate your arrival time and schedule an appointment with a representative. At check-in you will be given the keys and more information about the apartment. Should you need to change the meeting time, please call the same numbers at latest 3 days before arrival. The staff will meet you at the public water bus station that is closest to the apartment. Requests for late arrival are subject to a surcharge and must be confirmed by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:00. The damages deposit can be paid by credit card or cheque and it will be refunded on the day of departure, after having checked that there are no damages or losses. The cost of final cleaning is included in the rate. However, you must tidy the kitchen and remove all garbage, or an extra cleaning fee will be charged. Please note, cash payments over EUR 1,000.00 are not permitted under current Italian law.
