In a typical palace of the XVIth century, 100 mt away from the worldwide famous Piazza San Marco, the flat Happy Venice will welcome you in the heart of the city life. Composed by 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, the apartment has been completely renovated on 2006 with precious and modern furniture. A comfortable living-room will be able to relax you, looking out the little balcony with the view on the canal, where gondolas pass silently. The apartment is at the first floor and it has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, micro-oven and washing machine. Please note: We have 15 days cancellation policy. In case of late cancellations or No Shows we will charge you the 30% of the full stay. We accept cash and Credit Card payments on arrival. Check in: from 11:00 until 20:00 (after 20:00 you will have to pay a fee of 50 Euros) Check out: 10:00 Minimum stay: 3 nights Breakfast is not included but you will find tea, coffee and sugar in the apartment. Taxes are not included Air conditioning: 7,00 per night Wi-fi: 3,00 per day
