The apartment is at the ground floor in a peaceful and silent street, and it is composed by a living room with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwashing machine, owen and microowen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Another way to live your staying, different from the usual hotel, without changing your habits. Feeling like at home!! Please note: We have 15 days cancellation policy. In case of late cancellations or No Shows we will charge you the 30% of the full stay. We accept cash and Credit Card payments on arrival. Check in: from 11:00 until 20:00 (after 20:00 you will have to pay a fee of 50 Euros) Check out: 10:00 Minimum stay: 3 nights Breakfast is not included but you will find tea, coffee and sugar in the apartment. Taxes are not included. Air conditioning: 5,00 per night
