Spinea is a quiet and cosy town and can offer all the amenities and facilities you would need during your stay. We have a wide choice of home-made restaurants and Pizzerie, pubs and Enoteche where you can listen to nice music while sipping a glass of good local wine. Spinea has also a big park, a library and several laundries. We can't wait to welcome you, recommend you all the wonderful places we tested over the years and help you with tips and information for your trips in and around Venice. The recently renovated Osakasamia B&B is inside a detached house surrounded by a nice garden. One twin bedroom (with 2 single beds) and One double bedroom (with a king size bed and the possibilty to add 1 single bed) are available. The rooms are full of light, spacious and furnished in a modern and comfortable style with precious paintings on the walls. They are provided with fans during the summer, Internet wifi connection and they are on the first floor. From the windows there is a nice view of the garden. Air conditioned is in common places. The large bathroom is located in the corridor next to the 2 rooms and is provided with courtesy kit, shower and hair-dryer. The rich morning breakfast includes coffee, tea, yogourt, croissants, bread, butter, jam, fruit juice and cheese. We (Maria Grazia and Claudio, the owners) love travelling and have a special passion for Japan. This is why the guests will find a particular touch of oriental style in the house! The hosts will welcome guests in the best way and can provide tips and information. A free transfer service from and to Spinea station is available, while transfers to and from Venice Marco Polo and Treviso Canova airports are available at convenient rates. We are located in Spinea center. Spinea is very well connected to Venice and its islands as well as to the mainland. It is easy to reach by train, bus or car the following towns and amazing places of the Veneto region: Padova, Riviera del Brenta and its Villas, Treviso, Conegliano and Valdobbiadene wineries, Vittorio Veneto, Verona, Vicenza, Garda lake, Bassano del Grappa, Asolo and the Dolomiti mountains. 72 hrs cancellation policy, check in 12pm, check out 10am,please advice about arrival time.
