LOCATION : Very close to Rialto Bridge and San Mark's square, situated in the heart of Venice, one minute from Rialto. The Citys main shopping streets are also on the doorstep, with their refined shop-windows that are both colourful and full of lights, the craftsmens shops, and the art galleries, typical of the City. EXTERIOR : Recently restored. ACCOM : Spacious 2nd floor flat the lounge room has comfortable seating and a dining area to seat 6. The flat has high ceilings and is light and bright. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The apartment is composed of two rooms with double beds, kitchen and two bathrooms. It also has a large lounge with dining area that ends with an enormous window from which you can find a view of the Venetian alli. The apartment is very well furnished and with the highest quality fittings: television, independent heating and washing-machine. GENERAL : For arrivals outside of the office hours a supplement will be charged - The office is open Monday to Friday between 14.00 and 19.00 and Saturday bewteen 09.00 and 12.00 the office is closed on Sundays and Italian bank holidays.
