You can choose between rooms with private bathroom or with shared bathroom but in any case find a welcoming environment. Our place offers warm, clean and inviting accommodation where you can enjoy the hospitality in this charming small and wonderfully located in the historical centre of Venice. We are just 10 minutes away from San Marco Square with all the cultural and artistic experiences at your doorstep. Please read before you book : reception is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm lock out for cleaning: 11am - 2 pm the earliest check in is 2:00 pm the latest check out is 10:30am the latest check in is at 9 pm, Towel cost 1 euro Cancellation policy condition:48hours before arrival day and only via mail.We don\'t accept booking modify/cancellation at arrival. Attention: we accept cash only!Important!!! You must contact us if you will be late for your reservation,but not more than 9:00 pm.
