With one, two and three bedroom units and Penthouse ranging from 650 to over 1500 square feet, The Eldon truly defines stylish, exclusive accommodations right in the heart of the nation's capital just 10 blocks to the White House, the US Capitol, the Library of Congress and the Smithsonian, the hotel is a short taxi ride or within walking distance to many popular attractions in Washington D.C; The luxury units include granite floors, custom wood walls, sumptuous bathrooms with side shower massage jets, and fully equipped gourmet kitchens with granite counter tops and full-size appliances. There are 50 luxurious suites/guest suites which are each indulgent in design, with sumptuous bedding, lavish bathrooms, world class amenities and state-of-the art in-room entertainment technologies. All one bedroom units include one queen size bed in the bedroom, and a queen size sofa bed in the separate living room. Two and three bedroom units are also available; The Eldon does not have a restaurant on site. A complimentary continental breakfast is offered daily to all guests of the hotel. Many restaurants are within 2 blocks of the hotel, and the Chinatown restaurant area (featuring a variety of Spanish, Indian, Chinese and American cuisine) is a short 4 block walk from The Eldon; Originally built in 1929 by David L.
