Centrally located to Altas new commercial area. The hotel is undergoing a remodeling and extension to 241 rooms to be ready September 17th 2007. There will also be built a waterpark close to the hotel who will open in late 2008/early 2009. Due to this the hotel may experience some noise from the construction site.
