Newly built in 2001, family-owned Haus ZWichjehüs is situated in Winkelmatten, 1500 metres from the centre of Zermatt. Surrounded by fields, it offers apartments with free WiFi and a balcony with views of the Matterhorn. The Gondola Lift to Furi is 500 metres away. Hiking and mountain biking trails start right on the doorstep. Each modern Alpine-style apartment at ZWichjehüs features a fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette that is integrated into the spacious living area. Large windows also provide excellent views and natural light to enter the apartment. Final cleaning fees are included in the room rate. A shared washing machine and dryer can be used. A restaurant and a playground for children are located next to the apartments. The village centre can be reached in 10 minutes with a bus stopping right outside the property. It is possible to ski directly to the gondola lift and back or return to Haus Z `Wichjehüs with a bus.Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.
