Detached villa with 3 bedrooms, private pool and garden, located in a quiet residential area. Guida is 1 km from Lourenço Beach and 5 km from Albufeira city centre. It offers free private parking. It features 2 double rooms, a twin room and 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. Free WiFi access is available throughout. The living room comes with a fireplace and a satellite TV with DVD player. It has direct access to the covered terrace with barbecue, dining and pool area. The swimming pool has a lawn area, sun loungers and parasols. Guests can prepare their meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them indoors or outdoors. There is a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. Faro International Airport is a 40-minute drive away from Guida through the A22 motorway, located 10 km away.Please note that a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to ensure the reservation. This amount must be paid via bank transfer or PayPal according to payment procedures which will be sent to the guests, by email, after booking. The remaining 50% will be paid in cash at the time of check-in, along with the security deposit. Payment for this amount can also be made via bank transfer or PayPal upon previous request, at least 3 days before the date of check-in. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 250 is requested upon check in. Please note that pets are allowed, upon payment of a security deposit of EUR 200.
