Once you enter in the apartment, you will be facing the living area. The living room has three single sofa beds, and a flat screen TV. Windows provide a view of the surrounding areas.A Fully equipped kitchen which includes a stove, oven, fridge,coffee machine, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses and dishwasher, a dishwasher can be used for easy clean up.Next to the kitchen is the bid dining table for up to 4 guests.The first bedroom has two single beds to accommodate 2 guests, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds providing comfort to 2 guests.The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Bed linen, sheets and blankets will be provided.As an addition, there is a separate toilet for privacy.Other information:Smoking is allowed.***Please note the following conditions:-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).-cleaning fee 40 eurosThere is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
