Located two minutes away from the historic Dam Square. This spacious apartment accommodates up to 4 people.The Living Area has a comfortable sofas, table, four chairs and a flat screen television. Also you will find there two extra single beds.One bedroom with double bed. Two single beds are placed in the living area. The bathroom has only shower cabinet .Small but well equipped kitchen.Located on Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal which runs parallel to the Damrak, just 5 a minute walk to both Central Station and Dam Square.Hurry and book now!***Please note the following conditions:-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).-cleaning fee 40 eurosThere is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
