Apartment Barcelona Centro is just 200 metres from Universitat Square and Metro Station. Only 10 minutes’ walk from Las Ramblas, these stylish apartments have free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Each bright, modern apartment at Apartment Barcelona Centro has chic décor with wooden floors, minimalist design and subtle, colourful finishes. The living area has a sofa and a flat-screen TV, while kitchen facilities include a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a hob. Some apartments have a balcony or terrace. Towels and bed linen are included. Cafés, bars, restaurants and shops can be found around Universitat and in the nearby Raval district. The CCCB Art Museum is 10 minutes’ walk from the apartments. Please note that 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the day of the booking as a prepayment, and the remaining 70% must be paid at check-in. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the Apartment Barcelona Office in advance. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Please note that: - Arrivals after 20.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30 - Arrivals after 00.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 45 Late check-out until 18:00 is possible upon prior request and incurs a surcharge of 50% of the price of an extra night. Check-out after 18:00 is subject to a surcharge of the price of an extra night. Please note groups and parties are not permitted in this apartment. Please note any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is available upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Please note the children high chair has a cost of EUR 30.
