This apartment is located close to the Sants Montjuic neighbourhood, situated at the bottom of the hill that overlooks the city, the Montjuic, and dates back to the 19th century. Originally those Barcelonans who couldn’t afford to live in the walled city inhabited it, but now it is home to a wide array of people, making for a charming area. Much of the neighbourhood is residential, making it much more relaxed than other more lively parts of the city. This contemporary apartment has recently been renovated with attention to detail shown in the design aesthetic and furnishings and fixtures selected. The living space features white walls, wooden floors and is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flatscreen television. The kitchen is modern, open planned and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals in the apartment and comes complete with a breakfast bar with seating. The apartment features three bedrooms, the first two of which are furnished with two single beds each, while the third bedroom features a bunk bed. The two bathrooms are modern and contain a shower, sink and toilet.
