Gracia was a town of its own until it was enveloped into Barcelona in the 1890’s. Tree lined streets and a village like atmosphere make it a delight to just stroll around and get lost in. Picturesque plazas, bars and cafes dating back almost a century, novelty shops and an assortment of examples of stunning modernism architecture make it one of the most fascinating districts of Barcelona.  This apartment is situated in the historic and cultural area of Gracia and it’s perfect for a group of friends or a small family. The whole apartment has recently been renovated but with an eye on tradition. The living area is a great example of this, combined with an open plan kitchen, the brightly toned walls contrast perfectly with the earthy parquet floor and give it a very homely atmosphere. The open plan kitchen has a counter top where you can sit and chat while cooking and lends to the relaxed ambience of the apartment.  There are 2 bedrooms, both with double bed. An unusual feature that will strike you immediately is the fact that both have not only parquet floors but parquet walls. It's a splendid addition and gives both bedrooms a very warm feel.
