A warm Welcome to Berlin! We are your partner for vacation homes in Berlin.The place to be if your prefer it inexpensive and comfortably. Our vacation homes are located on a housing complex in the in-style district “Prenzlauer Berg” near Alexanderplatz. Each one-room apartment has a kitchen or kitchenette, a Bathroom and a spacious balcony.The maximum capacity of guests in our vacation homes is 3 persons. Certainly there can stay as well 4 persons, but with 30 m ² it becomes very close. Who likes it nevertheless, we have warned you … the 4th person can stay free of charge!
