We are a family run homely guest house situated approx. 3.5 miles from Birmingham City Centre. We pride ourselves on friendly atmosphere and clean and comfortable accommodation suitable for any traveller requirements, whether that be business traveller or family traveller. We offer access to the premises with your own front door key so you are able to come and go as required. We offer WIFI in all area s including rooms, and now we have also installed either virgin tv or sky tv with multiple channels (more than freeview) to add extra comfort for all our uests and as proprietors we live on site so any enquiries or needs can be met 24/7. We offer en suite rooms as well as shared bathroom facilities with bath and or shower. Although we try to be very competitive this does not mean that we skimp on comfort although the rooms are basic in facilities they are still very clean, warm, and cosy. We have on site parking at the back of the premises which is private parking for our guests only and that is free. You are able to leave your car and catch the train or bus to your destination should you wish to do so once you have checked in. The shared bathrooms facilities have a bath and a over bath shower for you to choose. We try to be as accommodating as possible so should you have any requirements please let us know.
