We are offering our clean and comfortable apartment located central in the famous 'Kwartier Latäng' also known as the 'Belgian Quarter', which offers a lot of restaurants, snack bars, coffee shops and clubs and a good feeling in the neighborhood. Even though there is quite a lot of nightlife around, the apartment is quiet and you won't be disturbed in your sleep through street noise, since we are located in a rear house with a beautiful garden view. The apartment has a big living room with a working area and a huge couch (which can be used as a second bed). From the living room you can enter the balcony and the bathroom. The bed room has a queen-size bed with a huge cozy blanket. (both, the bed in the bedroom and the couch are equipped with sufficient cushions and blankets.) the bathroom is small but newly renovated. Fresh towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an oven and stove, microwave, coffee pad machine as well as lots of kitchen utensils and dishes. Please note: Check in time: from 1 pm. Check out time: till 11 am. Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. Check in from 13:00 to 17:00 . Check out before 11:00 . Taxes included. Breakfast not included. No curfew.
