The hotel was originally built in 1868 and currently hosts a family-run guesthouse. It offers free parking, free Wi-Fi and tastefully decorated rooms. In the morning we serve a full breakfast in the Scottish style.This Victorian house is situated on the A8 towards the city center, just 500 meters from Haymarket train station. The Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC), the Scottish Gallery of Modern Art and Murrayfield Stadium are just 1 km away.Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 09:30. For early departures, a continental breakfast will be served.All double, twin and family bedrooms are fully en–suite except two single room, which has its own private bathroom across the hall. All rooms have TV, Telephone, hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities.
