Next to Edinburgh’s Meadows Park, Livingstone Place Apartment offers a luxury self-catered flat with elegant décor. In exclusive Marchmont, the apartment has free Wi-Fi and a Wii games console. The top-floor apartment has a sleek private bathroom with a spa bath and luxury toiletries. The charming living area has a satellite TV, DVD player and an iPod dock. The beds have luxurious Egyptian cotton linens. A modern fitted kitchen features a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is free tea and coffee and all towels and linen are provided. A cot or high chair is available on request. The green Meadows Park has golf, football, tennis and a children’s play area. Edinburgh’s centre is a mile away, whilst there are restaurants and cafes just a few minutes’ walk from Livingstone Place. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with no lift.Payment is required 4 weeks in advance of arrival. We don't process credit cards and as such payment is required by bank transfer or cheque. If neither of these are possible then payment, in cash, on arrival is acceptable. Guests should be aware that Livingstone Place is a top-floor apartment with no lift access available. Guests are requested to provide a contact email when booking, as the property need to advise of entry instructions. The double sofa bed can be set up and arranged on request. Please request when booking as extra charges apply. Please note, as the property is completely non-smoking, any guests found to have smoked in their room will be charged a cleaning fee.
