The private garden comes with its own comfortable hammock and barbecue facilities. Guests are welcome to take full advantage of the kitchen, which features all the necessary utensils and appliances to prepare meals. The surrounding area has several restaurants, serving traditional Portuguese meals and grilled fish specialties. The centre of Lisbon is a 35-minute drive and has several national landmarks and points of interest, such as the São Jorge Castle or the historical Alfama neighbourhood. Sintra is a 29-minute drive away and has a historical centre with landmarks like the Pena national palace and the Capuchos Convent. Ericeira is widely regarded as one of the top surfing spots in Portugal. The Lisbon International Airport is a 32-minute drive from the Ericeira Central House & Garden.Guests should inform Ericeira Central House & Garden of their expected time of arrival. After booking, guests will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Final cleaning is included. Please note that a deposit of EUR 150 must be paid on arrival. The amount will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that the 30% deposit of the total reservation amount must be paid by bank transfer. Ericeira Central House & Garden will contact guests with further details. The remaining 70% must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
