Decked balcony with views towards The Lowry hotel and the River Irwell, Fully furnished including huge 42" plasma tv with Freeview satellite and DVD player, iPod docking station and DAB radio alarm. Fully equipped Individually designed Italian MESON kitchens including fridge and freezer, microwave, integrated oven and hob, espresso maker, tea making facilities, crockery and cooking utensils. PLEASE NOTE: Late night parties are not permitted at any time and reports of this from the concierge may result in additional charges. This apartment has its own secure allocated parking space, which one is free to use for the duration of stay. Please also note, the concierge is primarily there for the long term residents of the building and not for short term or overnight guests. ***PLEASE NOTE CHECK IN TIMES ARE RESTRICTED AS FOLLOWS AND KEYS ARE NOT HELD ONSITE BY THE CONCIERGE, THEY MUST BE PICKED UP FROM OUR NEARBY OFFSITE OFFICE: You can ONLY pick up keys for the apartment from our offsite key collection office at the following times: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm Sat & Sun: 10am-7pm. ADDRESS: Mailboxes Etc, 275 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4EL. Check in is from 15:00, and check out is before 12:00. Please email info@theedgemanchester.com before you make your booking if you want to check in outside of these times as it is normally not possible. Your booking is subject to this restriction and we do not offer refunds for arrivals outside these times without prior arrangement. If you arrive early, there is a car park beside the Edge on Chapel Street that currently offers parking for approximately 4 GBP per day if parking for more than one car is needed or if you need to park somewhere before your check in time at 3pm. If you want to leave your luggage in the key collection office before official check in time of 3pm, you can do so, there is small charge per bag for this.
