The hotel, which was built in 2003, is situated in the second row away from the seafront, on the Mediterráneo Promenade, just around 50 m from the beach and Estany Gelat. The centre of Miami Playa is just around 500 m from the hotel, providing visitors with a wide range of shopping amenities, as well as supermarkets, restaurants and banks. There are public telephones, a bar-restaurant and a supermarket all in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.This complex hotel comprises a total of 100 apartments.
