This villa has free Wi-Fi throughout, air conditioning in the kitchen and living room, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There are gardened areas and a sun terrace with bbq facilities. El Palomar has 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, one of them separate from the house. The living room has a fireplace and a flat-screen satellite TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Cleaning and change of towels and bed linen is done every week. The property offers free parking. Mijas International Golf Course is 13 km away. Málaga Airport is 20 minutes by car.Please not that late check-in after 21:00 has an extra cost of EUR 50. Please note that 20% of total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the villa will contact the guest directly to arrange payment by bank transfer. Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 200 must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon check out. Please note that the price includes the final cleaning fee.
