Boasting excellent transport connections, this modern hostel next to Munich's central railway station is just a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian area and the old quarter with its Marienplatz square. An ideal base for travellers on a budget, the Wombat's Hostel Munich provides well-kept, functional rooms with en-suite facilities. Many rooms also feature a balcony. Free internet access is available in all communal areas. Help yourself to an all-you-can-eat continental breakfast before exploring highlights such as the Hofbräuhaus brewery and Viktualienmarkt market. The transport services at your doorstep help you travel across the city with ease. In the evening, relax with a drink in the Wombar, or socialise in the cheerful communal room, which features a glass roof. Alternatively, use the shared computer to surf the internet or enjoy a game of pool.Please note that children are not allowed to stay in the dormitories. There is no need to reserve the all-you-can-eat continental breakfast in advance. Even if you have made separate bookings for groups of people, the hostel will do its best to put you all in the same room. This arrangement can be made on arrival. Please email the hostel at least 24 hours in advance if you would like an all-female dormitory. Specific beds (e.g. on the lower bunk) cannot be reserved in advance, but on arrival you can make arrangements with the other guests in the room.
