Free private parking is possible on site and is subject to availability. Alternatively there is also private parking on site available at an extra cost.Please note that a EUR 250 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. The 50% prepayment is due by bank transfer or via online payment services within 24 hours after booking, otherwise the booking will be canceled by the manager. If prepayment is not received, the owner reserves the right to cancel your reservation. The owner will send you the necessary information for the prepayment. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance or if you expect to arrive outside check-in times. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Check-in and key collection is not possible after 22:30. Key collection takes place at a newsagent located 20 metres from the property.
