Ponta Preta is a new 2005 apartment complex situated 200 m from the beach, just a short walk from the centre of Santa Maria and not far from the famous windsurfing center. The 22 apartments are all equipped with bathroom/shower, kitchenette gas, telephone, satellite TV, hair dryer, air conditioning and balcony/terrace. No elevator 3 floors. Cleaning 1 day/week.
