Nestled in the secure, quiet Dominican Suburb of El Batey only a 10 minute walk from downtown Sosua, main beach, discos, and casinos. Enjoy a variety of fresh foods and local goods all delivered to our hotel by the local residents.A private beach with nearby snorkeling reefs is located immediatelt behind the hotel. Tennis courts nearby and Spanish lessons offered on site.We have 15 mixed rooms offering single, double or shared accomodations. Our rooms all have 3 piece ensuites, hot water, electronic safes, fans or AC, and cable TV. WI-FI is available free of charge.Long term discount rates are available with 2 small suites with kitchenettes, & 2 apartments.Refridgerators, hot plates, and microwaves can be rented for a nominal fee if not included in price.The hotel has a inversor, generator, and hot water for your convenience.
