Orchards Way is a three bedroom house set in a quiet residential area in Highfield, close to public transport routes and the city centre of Southampton. Highfield is in an ideal setting for the business commuter, being close to the motorway and rail stations or for families looking to travel to all the tourist attraction like Paulton's Park and Marwell Zoo. There is a local convenience store close by for all your amenities and we do offer a food welcome pack which can be ordered from our reservations team up to 48 hours before your arrival date.As you enter the house you will find the kitchen and the lounge on this level. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons you would expect from a 'home' so you are no longer governed to hotel timetables and can cook at your own convenience and have the food items you like to eat. A washing machine is supplied to cater for all your laundry needs, gone are the days of going back home to piles of washing.The lounge is a good size if you are sharing with colleagues or staying with your family and has two sofa's, a television with freeview and dvd player. There is a dining table and chairs for you to all sit down to eat at meal times and patio doors which lead out on to the garden.On the first level there are two double bedroom's, a single bedroom and the main bathroom. The double bedroom's both have a double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and bed side lights. There is an en-suite with a shower, wash basin and shaving power points in the Master Bedroom. In the single bedroom you will have a single bed, a wardrobe and a bed side table with a night light.The bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead, wash basin and shaver power points. Fresh bed linen and towels will be provided on arrival plus complimentary toiletries - if your stay is longer than seven days our housekeeping team will clean the house and supply fresh towels and bed linen.Free Broadband is included in the nightly rate unlike hotels so you are not forced to buy internet packages. A driveway is outside the house where you can park your car.
