Dawson Place is a family run bed and breakfast designed to fulfill all the traveler's need. We are located in Central London in walking distance to the famous Portobello market and Notting Hill Gate Station. Each of our clean rooms has a unique design and can accommodate up to 3 people. We always offer: - Free rich breakfast - Free Internet access - Free bed linen - Free towels - Free luggage storage on arrival and departure Although we do not run a 24h reception we are ready for late or early arrivals. Please note: Check-in from 1:00 P.M. Check- out by 11:00 A.M. Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance We accept payment by cash only This is a no smoking guesthouse Breakfast is included
